These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Campworks Nomadic Systems Inc. (“Campworks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, purchase and reservation of products, and engagement with our services. By accessing our site, submitting a reservation, or purchasing a Campworks product, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Product Sales & Vehicle Title Process

Campworks sells the NS-1, a VIN-plated, titled overland trailer. As such, it is governed by applicable state and federal regulations for vehicle transactions.

  • A sale is not complete until:
    • The buyer has submitted all legally required documents.
    • State-specific title and registration protocols are satisfied.
    • Payment is received in full according to the agreed purchasing agreement.

2. Reservation Deposits

All reservation deposits are non-refundable. Reservation of an NS-1 or any Campworks product does not guarantee a delivery date or completion timeline. Your deposit secures a place in the production queue but does not constitute a finalized purchase agreement.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the custom-built and high-value nature of our products:

  • NS-1 Adventure Trailer: All sales are final upon contract completion. No returns are accepted once payment is processed and title has been transferred.
  • Roofspace Tents and Similar High-Value Goods: All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns on these products unless covered by a specific warranty or damage upon delivery.

4. Customer Service Commitment

While we do not accept returns on most items, Campworks remains committed to excellent customer service. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, provide support, and ensure product performance to the best of our ability.

5. Legal Risk & Liability Disclaimer

  • Campworks shall not be held liable for misuse, modification, or improper installation of our products.
  • By purchasing a Campworks product, you assume all responsibility for safe use and compliance with local laws.
  • Campworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, unless explicitly stated in a written warranty agreement.

6. Financing, Lending & Delivery

  • Campworks offers financing and lending options through third-party providers. All financing agreements are subject to credit approval and separate terms dictated by the provider.
  • Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Production timelines are subject to change due to supply chain fluctuations or unforeseen manufacturing constraints.
  • Delivery does not finalize the sale until the legal title is processed and funds have cleared.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Campworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or delivery.
  • In all cases, Campworks’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado.

9. Acceptable Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that may impair its performance, availability, or accessibility.
  • Engage in unauthorized data collection (scraping, data mining, etc.).
  • Use the website to transmit or distribute viruses or malicious software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers.

Campworks reserves the right to restrict access to portions of the website or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, and design, is the intellectual property of Campworks or its licensors.
