Chef Noah Sims showed us that a great kitchen is the one used to feed others. We aren’t hauling the Blackstone everywhere and we aimed to offer the same outdoor cooking experience, and better, to everyone, anywhere the sun is shining.
We designed the kitchen around what we learned.
